We carry out the continuum extrapolation of the critical point for finite temperature QCD with Nf=3 using several temporal lattice sizes N_t=4, 6, 8 and 10. We employ the Iwasaki gauge action and non-perturbatively O(a) improved Wilson fermions. We estimate the critical pseudo-scalar meson mass and temperature.
