Fees and Deadlines
We remind you that the abstract submission period has started, and will close April 24th. Early bird Registration will close April 15th. Full details can be found in Registration
Participants who have been approved for the reduced conference fee are reminded that the reduced fee must be paid by Wednesday, 15 April 2017 (Early Bird deadline), and that otherwise the regular fee of EUR 420 (EUR 480 including lunch) will have to be paid.
University Guest House
A few rooms are still available at the university guest house Corrala de Santiago, which is 15-20 minutes walk from the conference venue. We are now making these rooms available to all participants at Lattice 2017 for single or double occupancy.
If you would like to book an accommodation at Corrala de Santiago, you need to send a request to the following address lattice2017@ugr.es
The subject line of your email should be: LATTICE2017 -– Corrala, YOUR NAME.
We will then provide a form for you to fill to confirm the accommodation. More information can be found in Corrala
Update: All rooms at Corrala de Santiago are already booked.
Conference T-Shirts
Conference T-Shirts, with the Lattice 2017 logo, the anomalous “L”, are available for pre-ordering in our website: T-shirts
The deadline for pre-ordering is 4th of May. You should then Collect & Pay your T-shirt in our Registration Desk in Granada.
